Intertec’s Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) work in close cooperation with our clients to establish the necessary and sufficient properties that a product must have to meet our stringent quality and customer satisfaction requirements.

Intertec provides BSAs on three main levels, including Jr., Mid and Sr. resources who are typically responsible for managing the collection, analysis and documentation and redesign of multiple customer business processes and requirements.

 

In addition, Intertec provides business systems analysis on three major business levels:

 

• Requirements related to the business
• Requirements related to the users
• Requirements related to the softtware itself

We are proficient in using professional quality analysis platforms such as HP Quality Center, Jira and QTP as well as creating automated tests with tools like Badboy.
